This wall hanging has been painted with an off white chalk paint and slightly distressed. The Rose artwork is done by hand using an oil-based stain. It is what I call a double exposure of a rose with the enlarged outer layer being a gray stain, keeping the focus on the center rose which is done with ebony stain.
The piece measures 22 1/4" square. D-Rings and wire are attached to the back for hanging.
