This old age artwork was created using stain. The background is a hand painted, washed out damask pattern and the chaise is all done using an oil-based stain. The washed out damask and the aged effect play into the Victorian feel of the furniture piece.

This not a canvas, but a wood panel. Measures 16" x 20" and is 2" deep. Sawtooth hanger attached.
